CALEXICO IN THE FLATIRON

i really love the flatiron.
i also love burritos.
i especially love my friend kristen jex.

and as it turns out,
when you combine the three with buying bags of virgin hair in midtown,
you get a really funny afternoon.

thanks, kjex! you're so pretty!

I love the Disney article on names and nicknames. We chose Arthur for our little boy, confident that there were no other Arthurs in the world. But then Arthur Christmas came out, and then 'Arthur' the movie, and then we discovered that the British Prime Minister's son's real name is Arthur....aaagh. So we moved to California where no-one else is called Arthur.

But Arthur? He chose his own nickname. Babby Boo. He introduces himself as Babby Boo. All his friends call him Babby. I'm hoping he keeps it, I adore it.
