WHAT DO YOU WEAR TO A FASHION WEEK PARTY ROUND TWO

i don't know how it's happened, but two years in a row now i've managed get a last-minute invite to a fashion week partyand! two years in a row i talked to a project runway winner at the party! weird coincidence now that i think of it.....

HERE'S HOW IT WENT DOWN:

dress via my bud ck

afterward i went home to change and put the huckles to bed, and then we went out again for pizza at patsy's and gelato for dessert.

good girls night if i do say so myself.

(confession: i haven't had cable tv in years and haven't seen an episode of project runway since chrsitian siriano won it a million years ago.)

  1. I knew there was a good reason for staying up late tonight on the internets (other than avoiding my no a/c situation upstairs...) - Awesome, awesome! Super jealous of the PR fun and super cute dress!

  2. Well i like your dress too! Isn't it so nice to have a waist again after a baby boy's been taking up all that room + some? I've yet to have a girl's night since my baby boy...sigh. soon!

  6. Want to know how lame I am? I haven't a clue who any of those people are, and I'd be mortified beyond endurance to find myself at such a party, as I have no fashion sense or social savvy to speak of. But it was DELIGHTFUL to read about YOUR fashion sense and social savvy! I'm happy to live vicariously through you and then slink back to nerddom, where I feel far more comfortable. Thanks for being my window into a wider world, Natalie!

  10. That sounds like it was so much fun!! Did you know you can watch Project Runway on Lifetime's website? Bert is kind of interesting on the show. Let's just say that he's always the last to be picked for a team, but he can bust out some great pieces.

  11. Girl, that sounds like an awesome weekend! Also, I second Katie's suggestion... once they moved to Lifetime, the episodes were available online. Great way to kill an hour of your time :)
