THIRTY TWO DOLLARS

this week we are in full-on planning mode. we spent the afternoon wandering the harlem costco seeking spiritual concert decor inspiration. huck managed to take all of his important meetings on his costco card phone, didn't miss a one!, and so in the end i'd say things were fairly fruitful.

by the way: taxi fare to and from the harlem target just happens to be $32.

  9. I WANT TO COMMMMEEEE! I ADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDORE Mindy Gledhill ever since first hearing about her on Nie Nie (talk about things that make you cry-- every time I hear her voice I cry. It's so sweet and syrupy and nostalgic and those music videos she makes? I can't.), and you and your sisters' voices are so beautiful (as seen from the videos you've posted on your blog!). Is this 'private concert' in Holbrook residence open to the public? What if I pay an entrance fee and bring Huck a present? Please? This sounds divine and congratulations : ) Also I wish I were kidding about coming.....?

  12. You're hilarious! This post made me laugh! And Mindy is so amazing. I loved meeting her and seeing her in concert! I'm a little geeked out that two of my favorite people on the internets (you & Mindy) are pals. I just think it's kinda cool!

  14. I would be offended by the short attention span thing except it's totally true which is probably why my posts are so scattered and rambly. Short attention span, short person...is it a trend?

  15. I wish you could have seen me laugh out loud at this all alone here in my living room. But on Saturday, we shall laugh out loud together in yours. Can't wait for our duet.
